- Ellis Gold has a yoga and spiritual practice of many years, which he began in earnest after a heart attack and a quadruple bypass in 1986. Ellis is a certified Dharma Yoga Teacher, registered with the National Yoga Alliance. In 2001, he placed an ad to find a yoga teacher to teach partner yoga with. Lila responded & they met on Sept 6th, 2001. This was the beginning of what has been(& continues to be) an amazing plwrk (play-work) collaboration. Since then, they have developed their personal relationship with numerous "tools"(including various therapies, spiritual processes, meditation, yoga, communication processes such as NVC & the "Cure worksheet", and others). Within this growth of their relationship & their personal selves, they have developed & continually refine the Equal Partner Yoga process.
